News Years Resolution?
Perhaps to just be resolute for once? I have determination for about a day and a half before it wears off. Sometimes only 20 minutes before it’s gone again.

I have a recurring dream in which all my teeth fall out. The don’t come up clean by the root, they break off in small pieces. I spit shards of teeth into my hand. Then I run my tongue across them, survey the damage. There are just sharp edges, fragments of teeth, not one whole. It’s disgusting, I know. And one of my biggest fears.

I suppose going to a holiday party may be the official initiation into adulthood. Sparkling silver dresses, coat check, bar. I thought once or twice we’re really working the room.
